Design support, or construction management.
Standard and Premium include a set number of visits to check the work follows the design and to help choose materials. Managing construction is a different job, and only the ₹200 package includes it.

- GST
- All fees exclude GST, charged at 18% extra.
- Standard and Premium
- Design only. Sanction plan drawings, construction, execution, installation and any execution bills are not included.
- Site visits
- Standard and Premium visits are a fixed allocation for design support. Extra visits are ₹3,000 each.
- Outside Bengaluru
- Visits outside city limits add travel and conveyance charges, told to you in advance.
- Revisions
- Concept-stage revisions are included as agreed at the start. Changes after a stage is approved in writing are quoted as additional work.
- Structural changes
- Changes after the structural drawings are approved are treated as variations and charged for the extra design effort.
- Government approvals
- Sanction plan or statutory drawings, liaison with authorities and statutory fees are excluded unless quoted separately. See building plan approval.
- Construction Management + Design
- The ₹200 fee covers professional services only. Material and labour are paid by you, directly.

What do I gain by moving from Standard to Premium?
Staircase and water tank details, the bar bending schedule, complete interior design (nine deliverables, including 3D views and a walk-through video), a civil work estimate, and twice the site visits.
Is Construction Management + Design the same as hiring a contractor?
No. It is our professional fee for design and for managing construction. You buy materials and pay labour contractors directly, on our certification. Construction packages are a separate product.
Do I add ₹200/sq.ft to a construction package?
No. Construction Management + Design and the construction packages are separate products. Choose the one that fits how you want to build.
I’m taking Premium. Do I also pay for interior design?
No. Interior design is part of Premium. The standalone interior fees are for clients who want interiors on their own.
What is built-up area?
The constructed area of every floor added together. Standard and Premium are calculated on this total.
Is GST included?
No. All prices exclude GST, which is charged at 18% extra.
