Does the Design Package include construction cost? +
Standard (₹40/sft) and Premium (₹60/sft) cover design fees only. Construction Management + Design is a separate professional fee of ₹200 per sft of built-up area — what you pay ARCHINEERS. Indicative construction expenditure is shown separately as Essential ₹2,200 / Standard ₹2,500 / Premium ₹2,900 per sft of built-up area. Do not add ₹200/sft to those construction rates. The benchmark is a planning figure, not a contractor quotation, and not an extra amount automatically payable to ARCHINEERS.
How long does it take to get my complete design package? +
Typically 7–14 working days from the day we confirm your brief, depending on project complexity and your chosen service. Premium interiors and Construction Management + Design engagements take longer because they cover more of the journey. We'll give you an exact timeline after the free consultation.
What if I don't like the design? +
We work in revision cycles — you review, give feedback and we refine. We don't present a final design and expect you to accept it. The process is collaborative. Most clients finalise within 2–3 revision rounds. Our goal is for you to love the design — not just accept it.
I have a commercial project — do you handle that? +
Yes — we handle residential homes, G+1 to G+4 buildings, commercial complexes, office spaces, retail units, showrooms and renovation projects. Services are priced per the 2026 structure: Standard ₹40/sft, Premium ₹60/sft, or Construction Management + Design at ₹200 per sft of built-up area.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium, or to Construction Management + Design? +
Yes — you can move from Standard to Premium before design finalisation and pay the difference in design fee. Construction Management + Design is a different category of service (professional management of the build), not a higher design-only rate. We'll apply work already done and agree the next step in writing.
What information do I need to provide to get started? +
Just your plot dimensions (length × width), location, number of floors you want and a rough idea of your requirements (number of bedrooms, halls etc.). That's enough to begin the free consultation. You don't need any technical knowledge — that's our job!
