Our fee for designing your building and managing its construction from excavation to handover. Includes everything in Premium: architecture, structural design, interior design and a civil work estimate. You buy materials and pay labour directly, on our certification.

Is ₹200/sq.ft the cost of building my house?

No. ₹200/sq.ft is our professional fee for design and construction management. Construction packages are a separate product priced per square foot: Basic ₹2,000, Prime ₹2,400 and Luxury ₹2,800.

What does each construction package include?

Specifications for Basic, Prime and Luxury are shared at consultation, based on your project. Ask on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through them.

Is GST included?

No. All prices exclude GST, which is charged at 18% extra.

Can I get a quick estimate?

Yes. The construction calculator multiplies your built-up area by the package rate and shows design fees separately.

Do you build commercial projects?

Yes. Alongside homes, we work on showrooms, offices and mixed-use buildings.
